Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye testing using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Provide accurate prescriptions and professional advice on lenses and frames.
• Assist customers in frame and lens selection based on their lifestyle, needs, and preferences.
• Explain product features and benefits to drive sales conversions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain store hygiene, product display, and inventory updates.
• Work closely with the store manager and team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Optometry (B.Optom or equivalent preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to handle both clinical and sales responsibilities effectively.
• Prior experience in an optical retail store is an added advantage.
