Job Role: This candidate will be responsible for complete Traning & Devploments process with DOJO awareness.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Education and training procedure & policies implementation in overall organization.
- Excellent knowledge of DOJO awareness training and induction training to new joining.
- Knowledge of Competency Mapping and TNI calcualtion for worker and staff both.
- Must have knowledge of Skill Matrix & Training records preparation with Training calander, Training attendance, Effectiveness montioring and History card updation.
- Proficiency in Computer software like Ms Excel, Word, PPT, Email sending etc.
- Good Communication skills for working (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to manage internal and external training with their records maintaining.
- Strong skill for followup with another department to complete training related activity on time.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Education and training procedure, SOP, policies, rules and regulations implementation in overall organization.
- Responsible for Induction and DOJO training to new joining as per schedule.
- Responsible for Competency Gap calculation and Skill evalution for TNI calculation for New joining & all existing employees.
- Responsible for Skill matrix preparation after level wise evalution for worker as per upgradation plan for new joining and existing employee.
- Prepare training plan as per TNI for worker and staff both with plan vs actual completion on time.
- Responsible for updation of staff training plan on MACE portal for external training with arranging another external training as per training plan like First Aid training, Fire & Safety training etc.
- Responsible for Updation of training module & Trainer list for all internal training topics after discussion with concern HOD for individual topic.
- Responsible for Effectivenes monitoring and History card updation for all employee after training.
- Responsible for completion of training on time for required trainee after followups with concern department.
- Responsible for advance arrangement for training as per plan like training location, training material, trainer etc.
- Responsible for skill upgradation with multiskilling for workers as per procedure.
- Responsible for 5's & Kaizen implementation in HR department.
Education: MBA/PG/Diploma from HR/IR is desired.

Salary Range:30 -40k ctc
