Transport Executive responsible for arranging vehicles, negotiating rates with vendors, coordinating daily transport operations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective vehicle hiring for company needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle vehicle hiring for daily operation SMALL VEHICLE, TRUCKS AND TEMPO, etc.).
  • Negotiate transport rates with vendors while maintaining service quality.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor network for quick vehicle availability.
  • Monitor trips, vehicle movement, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for transport requirements..

Skills Required

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle types and market rates.
  • Basic transport documentation knowledge.
  • Communication and coordination skills.

Experience

  • 1–3 years preferred in transport operations or vehicle hiring.
  • Fresher with strong negotiation and communication skills can apply.

Job Type: Full-time
