About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to support the smooth functioning of daily business activities. The role involves coordinating processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement, accounts, etc.) for effective workflow management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics to management.
  • Support vendor management, negotiations, and relationship building.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, and maintenance of operational records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related role (freshers with internships may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
