Role Overview

The QC Executive will be responsible for inspecting diamond Jewellery at every stage of production to ensure it meets company quality standards. This includes checking diamonds, metalwork, stone setting, finishing, and final products before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect jewellery pieces at various production stages (casting, setting, polishing, final) to identify defects early.
  • Check diamond quality (cut, color, clarity, carat) and verify against design specifications.
  • Examine stone settings for accuracy, alignment, and durability.
  • Ensure finish, polish, and plating meet required standards.
  • Verify measurements, weights, metal purity, and overall design accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed QC records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to reduce defects and rework.
  • Inspect vendor-supplied items and samples to ensure compliance with standards (if applicable).

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in QC for diamond Jewellery manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of diamond grading, Jewellery components, and production processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like loupes, microscopes, calipers, and weighing scales.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
