Position Summary

The Senior Analyst – Service Support Associate plays a key role in supporting branch operations, managing policy renewals, and maintaining high-quality client service delivery. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently and ensure timely, accurate completion of insurance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end renewal activities and ensure timely completion of policy renewals.

· Provide comprehensive support throughout the policy lifecycle, including documentation, policy issuance, and service coordination.

· Deliver benefits advisory services to clients, ensuring clarity and compliance.

· Act as the primary liaison between branch teams and service centers for process execution and issue resolution.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

· Maintain a high level of service quality and operational accuracy through regular process audits and updates.


Requirements

·     Experience: Minimum of 4 years in US Health Insurance or BFSI international customer service.

·     Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

·     Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of insurance systems, policy documentation, and MS Office tools.

·     Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance processes, renewal management, and client servicing best practices.

·     Role Type: Individual Contributor
