Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a City Head / Team Leader located in Odisha. The City Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational strategies. Key responsibilities include training team members, driving performance, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering partnerships within the city. The role also requires preparing reports and analyzing data to make informed decisions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring, motivating, and guiding diverse teams.
  • Project Planning and Implementation skills, with the ability to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for interpreting data, generating insights, and addressing operational challenges.
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience in managing on-the-ground operations or familiarity with local contexts is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and a results-oriented mindset.
