We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our training office. The role involves handling candidate inquiries, coordinating training schedules, maintaining attendance records, and supporting day-to-day office activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, trainees, and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails related to training programs.
Maintain candidate registration records and training attendance logs.
Coordinate with trainers and team members for scheduling and updates.
Ensure the reception area and training premises are neat and organized.
Support administrative tasks such as document filing, printing, and data entry.
Provide basic information to walk-in candidates about ongoing programs.
Assist management with routine office operations and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
13 years of experience in front office, admin, or receptionist roles (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in an educational or training environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
