Job Title: Associate - SB Telesales

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Reviewing and verifying customer identification documents and records for new accounts.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Working with internal departments like sales, compliance, and middle office to resolve issues and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Precision in reviewing documents and data is critical for the role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and sometimes clients.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting is often required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Who You Are

• Graduate with minimum of 60% marks.
• Minimum 6 months or more experience in to KYC domain
• Strong domain knowledge in:Broking Operations and processes
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
