Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developers with strong expertise in React Native, .NET Core, and AWS to lead mobile and web application projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking/fintech domains, secure app development, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of mobile and full-stack applications using React Native, .NET Core, and AWS services.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications with a focus on mobile-first solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, Cloud, Security) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend microservices for mobile applications.
  • Drive secure coding practices, authentication flows, and compliance (OAuth2, JWT, PCI, etc.).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews, CI/CD implementation, and cloud deployment automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in React Native (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend and mobile app development.
  • Experience in .NET Core, C# for backend services (preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with secure mobile app development, authentication, and data protection.
  • Proven leadership in mobile app projects, preferably in banking/fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
