Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Baby Care role based in Faridabad. The selected candidate will provide dedicated and nurturing care for infants and toddlers, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for their growth and development. Responsibilities include feeding, hygiene assistance, engaging in interactive play, and closely monitoring children's physical and emotional well-being. The role also involves clear communication with parents regarding the child's progress and needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with parents and ensure the well-being of infants and toddlers.
  • Knowledge of basic childcare practices, including feeding, hygiene, and safety, with an understanding of critical care as applicable.
  • Customer service abilities to address parents' concerns and provide a high level of satisfaction.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior experience in childcare, CPR or first aid certification, and a background in healthcare or child development.
