Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Welding Supervisor located in Navi Mumbai. The Welding Supervisor will oversee and coordinate welding operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising welders and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, inspecting welding processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project deadlines. Collaboration with the operations and quality control teams is also a vital part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding techniques and processes, including hands-on operational knowledge
• Proficiency in supervising teams and managing daily operations
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance practices in welding
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and guidelines
• Experience with documentation of welding procedures and reporting
• Relevant technical certifications in welding or related fields are an advantage
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable
