Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin for Classes, located in Mira Bhayandar. The Admin will handle class schedules, coordinate with instructors, assist with administrative tasks, and provide customer support. The role involves maintaining class records, addressing inquiries from students and parents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, the Admin will manage finances related to classes, including fee collection and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and instructors.
- Excellent Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to manage schedules, records, and general office tasks.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to address and resolve operational or logistical challenges efficiently.
- Basic Finance skills, such as fee collection, invoicing, and budget management.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools to streamline administrative processes.
- Familiarity with education or training industry operations is an added advantage.
