Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineer (React + TypeScript) – AI Finance Platform

Location: Bangalore, India (Remote)

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days

Work Hours: EST Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday–Saturday)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS to join a fast-growing AI-driven finance platform.

You'll work directly with the founding team to build intuitive, high-performance interfaces that power next-generation finance automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain React + TypeScript applications with best coding practices.
  • Convert designs from Figma into scalable, production-ready frontends.
  • Collaborate with backend, AI, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Implement responsive UI and ensure performance optimization.
  • Participate in design discussions and code reviews to maintain technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad preferred).
  • Experience: 4+ years of production experience in React, React Hooks, and TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TailwindCSS, Figma, Git, and issue-tracking tools like Linear/JIRA.
  • Prior experience in FAANG/MANGO/startups preferred (or exceptional project portfolio).
  • Must be able to work EST hours (night shift) and join within 30–45 days.
  • Ability to clear frontend technical interviews involving live coding and design discussions.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: ₹25 – ₹80 LPA (depending on seniority)
  • Equity: 0.1% – 0.5% (flexible cash–equity split)
  • Work Mode: Fully Remote (India-based)
  • Schedule: 6-day work week, EST hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST)
  • Growth: Direct collaboration with the Founder/CTO on cutting-edge product initiatives
