  • Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and instill confidence in our products.
  • Ensure maximum product penetration across retailers.
  • Merchandise and display products effectively at retail shops.
  • Conduct proper concept selling for new product launches.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities (product, pricing, promotion, etc.).
  • Execute mass consumer contact activities (in-shop promotions, master stroke programs).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12 years of channel sales experience.
  • Prior experience in stationery, FMCG, toys, or children-related products is preferred.
  • Must have worked under a company/distributor setup
