If so, consider for joining our Grain Processing team—a dynamic group of industry technology specialists and lab technicians based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical service activities for the Biofuel and Bioenergy industries, contributing to the advancement and support of groundbreaking technologies within the Grain Processing industry. By leading the design and execution of complex trials and experiments, as well as building cross-functional networks, you will harness your strong analytical abilities and people management skills to turn innovative ideas into meaningful business outcomes that shape the future.

Educational Qualifications
Requirements for This Role:

• Bachelor's (BE/B. Tech) or master's degree in biotechnology, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Sugar Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Bioprocessing.

Professional Experience

• 5–10 years of professional experience in a related field such as Grain Processing, Sugar cane processing or Ethanol Production.

Technical Expertise

• Exceptional process knowledge in the Ethanol Process, Grain Processing, Sugar cane process or Starch & Sweetener Process.
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using sophisticated instruments like
• Spectrophotometers
• HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
• GC (Gas Chromatography)
• NIR (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy)

Troubleshooting Skills

• Proven ability to troubleshoot processes effectively and efficiently.

Willingness To Travel

• Open to extensive travel across India to deliver high-quality technical services to ethanol-producing plants.

Experimental Leadership

• Develop and lead the execution of experimental plans for plant trials while effectively communicating findings and conclusions to support business development.

Personal Attributes

• Demonstrate innovation, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of your work.

Data Analysis Skills

• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data management using tools like MS Excel or other relevant software.
