Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process the data in the processing tool following the industry/customer standards, business rules & guidelines.
  • Validate the processed data against the acceptance criteria with respect to processing rules and business rules.
  • Identifies and proposes solutions for repeat data process errors, data quality issues & processing tool updates.
  • Responsible for deliverables quality and improvement plans.
  • Involving in customer meetings for process improvement.
  • Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to the delivery schedule, quality & plan.
  • Record and keep track of quality metrics and improvement areas received through feedback. Maintain and meet the expected improvement.
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory skills:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Aero Engine maintenance and field data analysis,
  • A team leader who can work well under pressure or in stressful and demanding situations or environments.
  • A well-organized and punctual individual who pays close attention to detail.
  • Should have good communication, writing & presentation Skills
  • Well aware of Aero Engine construction & functional details and maintenance procedures and practices.
  • Good knowledge of the aviation reliability field data collection, processing & metrics generation procedures.
  • Ability to comprehend OEM maintenance literature to evaluate field events in assessing the root cause.
  • Ability to train, mentor & control the new joiners to the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint

Desired skills:

  • Experience in handling a team/ project.
  • Experience in representing the data trends using Power BI.
