Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily outlet operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and product display standards.
  • Handle cash and billing accurately.
  • Report daily sales and operations updates to the Area Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, bakery, or food outlet supervision.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
