About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and results-driven Telecallers for our Banking Backend Collection Team. The role involves following up with customers regarding overdue payments, educating them on payment plans, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments for banking/loan products (personal loan, credit card, consumer loan, etc.).
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, penalties, and available repayment options.
Persuade customers to make timely payments and ensure commitments are met.
Maintain accurate call logs, customer interactions, and follow-up details in the system.
Coordinate with team leaders and update daily/weekly collection reports.
Follow RBI, company compliance, and customer data security guidelines.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Escalate critical or non-cooperative accounts to senior team members.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (English + local language).
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Experience in collections, telecalling, or BPO preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
