  • Handling Income Tax and GST compliance including return filings, assessments, appeals, and litigation matters.
  • Conducting statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and internal audits in line with applicable standards.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and projections.
  • Drafting and filing of appeal documents, replies to notices, and other representations before statutory authorities.
  • Advising clients on tax planning, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervising a team of article assistants and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Coordinating with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of assignments.
