Your Impact

Your role is essential in upholding the integrity of our web applications, such as the Command Center, which is central to the operations of over 35,000 Cisco employees with limitless realities and possibilities for expansion. Through meticulous testing and quality assurance, you will be a pillar of support for the continuous innovation that Cisco prides itself on.

• As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex software applications.
• By designing automated test suites and conducting various types of testing, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our software.
• Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital for understanding project requirements and defining testing needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in software testing, specializing in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading testing teams and driving testing efforts for sophisticated software projects.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Experience with Cypress or TOSCA automation tools
• Proficiency in API testing, Web application testing, and UI testing.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent social skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing.
