Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia before, during, and after surgical or diagnostic procedures.
  • Assess patients medical histories and evaluate their readiness for anesthesia.
  • Monitor patients vital signs, pain levels, and overall condition throughout procedures.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including pain management.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and care quality.
  • Handle anesthesia-related emergencies and complications promptly.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports related to anesthesia procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques (general, regional, local, and sedation).
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Qualification:

MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Anesthesiology.

Valid registration with the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council.
