Job Description

We are looking for a skilled
Project Management System Auditor
to evaluate and improve project processes across projects. The role involves auditing workflows, documentation, and compliance across multiple departments including
Planning, Billing, Purchase, Contracts, Site Execution, Stores, Reporting, and Data Management
.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process and documentation audits across project departments.
• Review adherence to SOPs, timelines, and approval workflows.
• Evaluate RA bills, BOQs, purchase orders, work orders, MIS reports, and site documents.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and corrective action plans.
• Guide teams on processes, documentation standards, and reporting formats.
• Support implementation of best practices for project management and data control.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of residential project work processes.
• Good understanding of planning, QS & billing, procurement, and site execution workflows.
• Excellent audit, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (MSP/Primavera preferred).
• Strong communication and training capability.

Preferred Background

• Experience in PMC, project audits, project controls, or QA/QC.
• Knowledge of construction project management systems and MIS.
