Key Responsibilities:
Industry Engagement & Employer Relations
Build and maintain relationships with corporate houses, industries, and recruiters.
- Identify placement opportunities across various sectors aligned with institute trades.
Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer connect events.
Student Placement Support
Guide and prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace readiness.
- Conduct soft skills, resume writing, and interview preparation sessions.
Ensure placement of trained students in suitable job roles.
Placement Operations:
Coordinate and track student placement activities across batches.
- Maintain employer database and placement records.
Share regular placement reports with management and project stakeholders.
Collaboration with Training Teams
Work with trainers to understand student skill levels and job role requirements.
Provide feedback to training teams on industry needs and placement outcomes.
Monitoring & Compliance
Ensure achievement of placement targets as per project norms (NSDC/CSR/PMKVY/State Govt. projects etc.).
- Maintain compliance documentation for audits and project reporting.

- Knowledge of skill development ecosystem and placement processes.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, Social Work, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or skill development sector.
- Experience in conducting campus placements/job fairs will be an added advantage.
