Key Accountabilities

· Deliver environmental-related statute compliance: Make sure to file legal compliance and submit forms to PCBs.

· Environment support: Prepare and maintain ISO14001 documentation

· Check regular documents in WTP, ETP and Laboratory for gaps and update accordingly

· Monitor third party contract management for environmental operations to ensure monitoring and measurement of environmental parameters.

· Update SOPs in line with changes in regulatory environment

· Ensure closure of site meetings and management review meetings.

· Incident Reporting & Investigations: Identify and capture all deviations and incidents related to Environment.

· Ensure that corrective and remedial measures are taken to minimise the likely negative impact on the Environment.

· Execution of the planned and promotional activities to drive continual improvement: Identify Environment and sustainability related training needs at site and the target groups.

· Calendarize promotional events such as Environment Day, Earth Day, Ozone Day etc.

· Operations & Management of Site: Monitor smooth operation of ETP, STP, WTP and ensure it runs 365 days.

· Make certain that consumables and spares are in stock as per the requirements.

· Minimizes operational costs by minimizing chemical consumption and manpower.

· Hazardous Waste Management.

· Proficiency Certificate: Attending training and workshops for updates related to Environment sustainability.

QUALIFICATION WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Masters / Bachelors in Environment related degrees

· Stability in each company for a long term – mandatory.

· Experience: 10+ years.

· Experience in the water/ETP/sustainability/Utility department is MUST.

· Good at spoken and written communication in English.

· Tamil, Kannada language – READ-WRITE -SPEAK.

· Good in interpreting data and documentation of department activities

· ISO14001 certification documentation and implementation.

· Good at presentation skills- PPT and oral presentation for all the employees including Top management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
