Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Summary
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Engineering department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases. The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining our operations and processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with software developers to deploy and operate our systems
  • Help automate and streamline our operations and processes
  • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of new code
  • Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment systems
  • Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
  • Manage and maintain tools for configuration management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Shell
  • Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Chef
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus
