Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor, based in Chennai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing course materials, advising and mentoring students, conducting research, and publishing findings. The role requires participation in faculty meetings, collaboration with colleagues on academic and administrative matters, and continuous professional development. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will contribute to the enhancement of the curriculum and the academic growth of the institution.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching abilities in relevant engineering disciplines
• Experience in curriculum development and academic advising
• Research skills, with a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence
• Ph.D. in Engineering or a closely related field
• Familiarity with AICTE and Anna University regulations and standards
• Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred
