Job Description:
We are hiring Grinders to work on shipyard fabrication and repair projects. The role involves grinding, finishing, and preparing metal surfaces for welding and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grinding and finishing tasks on ship components.
- Smoothen and clean welded joints.
- Assist welders and fabricators in repair/maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safety compliance while using grinding equipment.
- Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter/Fabrication or equivalent.
- Prior experience in grinding/fabrication in a shipyard preferred.
- Knowledge of handling power tools safely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹70,000.00 per month
