Job Description:

We are hiring Grinders to work on shipyard fabrication and repair projects. The role involves grinding, finishing, and preparing metal surfaces for welding and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform grinding and finishing tasks on ship components.
  • Smoothen and clean welded joints.
  • Assist welders and fabricators in repair/maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure safety compliance while using grinding equipment.
  • Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Fitter/Fabrication or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in grinding/fabrication in a shipyard preferred.
  • Knowledge of handling power tools safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹70,000.00 per month
