Job Responsibilities – 1. Manage timely and accurate receipt of Finished Goods (FG) from production with full verification and SAP updating.

  1. Conduct daily physical stock verification, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for any mismatches.

  2. Monitor slow/non-moving FG stock and coordinate liquidation plans with the SCM team. 4. Prepare and share daily FG stock reports with management.

  3. Plan and execute dispatch schedules in coordination with SCM/BD to meet customer timelines.

  4. Ensure customer-specific labels, packaging, and documentation are prepared as per approved standards.

  5. Verify FG lots with QA, ensure proper packaging, labelling, and vehicle/container readiness before dispatch.

  6. Oversee loading operations, ensure safe, clean, and compliant handling of materials.

  7. Conduct box/roll inspection, ensure damaged materials are replaced under QA/Production supervision.

  8. Manage dispatch documentation (invoice, DC, E-way bill, QA clearance, dispatch advice) with 100% accuracy.

  9. Track returnable challans, vehicle movement, courier shipments, and share status updates to BD/SCM.

  10. Oversee scrap management, storage, and disposal in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  11. Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety norms, and conduct weekly FG store audits.

  12. Ensure FIFO, dispatch compliance, audit readiness, and zero non-conformities during internal/external audits.

Skill Required – 1. Strong knowledge of FG warehouse/store operations.

  1. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, SAP entries, reporting).

  2. Proficiency in SAP or ERP inventory modules.

  3. Understanding of dispatch planning, logistics, documentation, and compliance (E way bill, DC, invoice)

  4. Knowledge of FIFO, 5S, safety standards, packaging, and QA procedures.

  5. Ability to handle stock audits, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
