Instructional Designer

We are currently inviting Instructional Designers to join our Learning & Development team in Chennai.

Responsiblities:

• Support with Deployment and assessment of org- wide engagement initiatives already in place in the org.
• Identify, Build and Deploy Engagement initiatives impacting overall engagement and retention for the organisation.
• Build and Deploy framework to assess/ measure employee experience and learning effectiveness post trainings.
• Assess engagement requirements, Build and Deploy engagement initiatives across the org
• Build and Deploy framework to assess, measure and enhance employee experience and effectiveness post engagement
• Build systems and modules for learning
• Work with the Org. Leadership to identify cultural nuances and build culture appreciation within the organisation
• Participate in/ Contribute to build systems, processes and policies where required with Senior Leadership of the organisation and group.
• Oversee the functional budget and usage.

Competencies and Skills requirement:

• Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in learning, and culture initiatives.
• Ability to understand business nuances and work on business engagement requirements in line with business goals
• Ability to think independently, clarity of thought, able to hold your ground in a business discussion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ excellent presentation skills
• Competent in independently understanding and evaluating various engagement options, alternatives and modes available in the market and look at opportunities to implement newer initiatives to engage
• Multi task and work on various org wide initiatives thereby improving employee engagement
• Networking (internal/ external) to manage and fulfil engagement needs for the org
