Role Overview

A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product/service solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals as required.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and market trends.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
