About the role -
We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead outbound efforts for , specializing in custom design and development services. This role involves using AI-driven tools and strategies to identify high-value leads, craft hyper-personalized outreach
strategies, and close new business. You'll also play a strategic role in positioning our AI-enhanced solutions to clients across industries.

What You'll Do
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the global market.
● Generate leads based on recent intent buying signals and manage the lead pipeline to make BD more predictable.
● Develop and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key industries and markets (e.g., startups, SMEs, enterprises).
● Qualify, segment, and prioritize outbound leads using structured frameworks to ensure efficient pipeline management and focus on high-value opportunities.
● Manage the full sales cycle from Outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing.
● Build & nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
● Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing value-driven solutions, timely communication, and consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
● Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor pitches and presentations.
● Educate potential clients on how our AI-enabled design and development services can solve business problems and create value.
● Integrate AI-driven insights into outbound messaging and campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
● Build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives as the team scales.
● Should have an understanding of government and enterprise procurement cycles and should know how to apply to RFIs and RFPs.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and sales reports.
● Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.

● Has passion and aptitude for consultative selling
● Proven outbound sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
● Communicate, present, & influence all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level
● Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and able to communicate the USP of the company effectively
● Experience with international markets (US, Middle East, Europe)
● Previous travel experience to the US, being comfortable driving in the US
● Proven ability to position services against competitors
● Excellent listening and presentation skills
● Collaborate with Business Analysts / Technical leads to create custom proposals
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Your personality is being friendly & believing in forging good bonds with prospects & clients
● MBA from a reputed institution (Nice to have)

Must Have skills
● Holding minimum 8 years of experience in an IT services firm focused on B2B Outbound sales. (Must have)
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close (Must have)
● Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet & Slides/PowerPoint software (Must have)
● MUST BE A go-getter
