Looking for a detail-oriented, forward-thinking Test Engineer to validate cloud-native, distributed systems and public APIs, working in a Scrum team to design automated testing strategies and AI-specific evaluation tools.

This role requires strong technical skills, a builder mindset, and a passion for secure, ethical AI at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Test functionality, performance, and security of Azure-based cloud services and public APIs.
  • Build automated test suites for APIs, AI pipelines, and outputs.
  • Ensure AI system accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
  • Collaborate with developers and data scientists on quality metrics and observability.
  • Contribute to threat modeling, security validation, and ethical AI practices.
  • Mentor junior testers and support continuous learning.

Core Skills & Qualifications
:

  • 12+ years in QA/testing for cloud-native apps on Microsoft/.NET stack.
  • Expertise in test automation, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
  • Strong API, performance, and security testing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts like LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, hallucination detection, and AI safety.
  • Agile experience and a track record of mentoring and innovation.
