Job Description

• Plan, configure, and execute Adobe Campaign campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications (Web & App).
• Lead personalized campaign strategies using customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and loyalty data (Blue Chip program).
• Collaborate with personalization, analytics, and digital teams to align campaigns with customer journey optimization and A/B testing initiatives.
• Integrate Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Analytics, AEM, and Campaign workflows for seamless execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain campaign documentation, templates, and automation workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain best practices and governance for campaign execution within the Personalization POD.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Adobe Campaign or other marketing automation platforms, preferably in a senior/expert role.
• Strong hands-on experience in campaign configuration, audience segmentation, and personalization.
• Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns — Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications (Web & App).
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and journey-based campaigns.
• Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Analytics and AEM.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page customization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Adobe Campaign Certification.
• Experience in travel, airlines, or high-volume B2C campaigns.
• Exposure to AI-driven personalization, advanced segmentation, and automation strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices, deliverability optimization, and cross-channel orchestration.

• Improved engagement and conversion across Email, WhatsApp, and Push channels.
• Seamless integration of campaigns into company's Personalization POD workflows.
• Timely and accurate execution of high-volume campaigns with strong deliverability.
• Scalable, reusable campaign templates and automated workflows established.

Work Mode

This is a mandatory Work-From-Office role based in Gurgaon, requiring daily collaboration with the Personalization POD to deliver high-impact, personalized campaigns across all digital channels.
