Site Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to provide accurate and timely survey data.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between field data and design plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national surveying standards and regulations.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software to process and analyze survey data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in land or construction surveying.
• Proficient with surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Digital Level, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of survey methods, legal boundary concepts, and GIS mapping.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field teams effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
