Role:Architect / Technical Manager (15+ yrs)

Scope of Work:

Own technical direction for Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, and ELK.

Drive Observability Platform Engineering, enforce standards/taxonomies, and lead automation pipelines.

Liaise with client stakeholders and tool vendors.

Oversee SOP/Runbook creation and ensure compliance with Client guidelines.

Technical Skills:

Expert in Dynatrace (Monaco, ActiveGate, OneAgent), LogicMonitor, ELK (ECS, ILM).

Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Python, CI/CD pipelines.

Strong SRE background: SLO/SLI definition, error budgets, incident management.

Experience with AWS IAM cross-account roles, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS) container monitoring.

Vendor management and governance leadership.

Role: Mid-Senior Observability Engineer (8–10 yrs)

Location; India

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: $Market All Inclusive

Scope of Work:

Configure & maintain monitoring standards: tags, host groups, management zones, SLO templates.

Build & tune alerts (AQM), dashboards, and synthetic tests.

Implement automation playbooks for agent rollout, container instrumentation, and AWS account integrations.

Troubleshoot instrumentation gaps and collaborate with vendor support.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on with Dynatrace configuration (tags, zones, Monaco scripts).

Experience with LogicMonitor collectors, datasources, and policy tuning.

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible/Python).

Knowledge of AWS observability integrations and Kubernetes workloads.

Strong debugging skills for traces/log ingestion.

Role: Junior Observability Analyst / Engineer (2–5 yrs)

Location; India

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: $Market All Inclusive

Scope of Work:

Support onboarding activities: ActiveGate/Collector installs, OneAgent deployments.

Assist with dashboard creation, alert rule updates, and template execution.

Document runbooks, troubleshooting procedures, and SOPs.

Perform day-to-day monitoring checks and escalation.

Technical Skills:

Basic Dynatrace and ELK operations (dashboards, saved searches, queries).

Familiar with scripting (PowerShell/Python) for agent automation.

Exposure to Kubernetes, AWS CloudWatch, and CI/CD workflows.

Strong documentation, operational process adherence, and reporting skills.
