Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Manager / Manager
with a strong accounting background and proven experience in leveraging technology to drive efficiency

, strong reconciliation expertise, and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, and Power Query. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process optimization within our finance and assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Utilize
    Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools
    to automate and streamline processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Implement best practices in financial controls and data assurance.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing technical and functional expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex reconciliation and accounting issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience
    , preferably with a
    Big 4 firm
    .
  • Strong
    accounting and reconciliation background
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python, SQL, Power Query
    , and reconciliation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as
    CA / CPA / CMA
    .
  • Experience in data assurance and automation projects.
  • Exposure to healthcare or similar industries will be an added advantage.
