About the Role
As a
Senior Program Manager
, you'll be the orchestrator who ensures cross-functional teams deliver on LiveLike's most strategic initiatives — on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. You'll bring together teams from product, engineering, design, and business operations to drive execution excellence across global projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead
end-to-end program delivery
across multiple, high-impact initiatives.
- Define clear objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps for key programs in alignment with company goals.
- Develop and enforce program intake standards, ensuring clear requirements, resource estimates, and alignment before work begins.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment across timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
- Build and optimize
project tracking systems
(Jira, Notion, or similar) for visibility and accountability.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
- Drive
continuous improvement
in planning, retrospectives, and communication workflows.
- Manage executive reporting — crafting progress updates, risk summaries, and milestone reviews for leadership.
- Coach and mentor project managers and contributors to build strong program management discipline across teams.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in
program or project management
within a SaaS, technology, or digital product company.
- Strong understanding of
agile methodologies
, stakeholder management, and software delivery processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills — able to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience using tools like
Jira
,
Confluence
,
Notion
,
Google Workspace
, and
Slack
.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse teams.
- Navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.
