About the Role

We're looking for a professional who can own the entire funding architecture of the company — from identifying capital sources to structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions that strengthen our financial backbone.

Own
end-to-end capital raising
for real estate projects — investor engagement, deal structuring, financial analysis, documentation coordination, and capital closure — working directly with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage NBFCs, family offices, and HNI investors for project-level funding
  • Lead capital discussions from
    pitch to closure
  • Structure
    debt, equity, and profit-share
    arrangements
  • Build and review project cash-flow and IRR models
  • Draft and manage
    term sheets, SPVs, and deal documentation
  • Coordinate with lawyers, CAs, and internal teams for timely disbursement
