Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting diesel generator sales and services through outbound calls and online leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to potential customers to promote diesel generators and related services.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from business portals such as Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other sources.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, online portals, etc.).
  • Previous experience in telecalling or sales (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
