Role Description

We are seeking a
Soft Skills Trainer
who can conduct impactful training sessions on communication, personality development, and professional etiquette. The trainer should be able to engage participants actively and deliver practical, result-oriented learning.

  • Deliver training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, workplace behavior, grooming, and public speaking.
  • Develop creative modules, activities, and role-plays to ensure engaging learning.
  • Track participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain attendance and training records.
  • Support the team in enhancing training outcomes.
  • Conduct occasional evening online sessions (if scheduled).
  • Conduct
    bulk workshops
    for schools, colleges, and corporate groups.
  • Provide support in
    counseling and assisting prospective students
    —helping convert leads into active enrollments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
  • Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
  • Experience as a Soft Skills / Personality Development Trainer preferred.
  • Ability to inspire and connect with learners across age groups.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional approach.
