Travel Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who can manage client inquiries, create customized travel packages, handle bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and updated with travel trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Create holiday packages based on customer budget, preferences, and travel dates.
- Provide destination knowledge, visa guidance, and travel suggestions.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, vendors, and partners for bookings.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and confirmations.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads regularly.
- Handle post-booking support and after-sales service.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new destinations.
- Assist in group tours, operations, and travel planning.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills
- Good communication (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer/WhatsApp/Email proficiency
- Knowledge of popular destinations (Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Maldives, etc.)
- Sales & negotiation skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Multitasking and problem-solving attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
