Key Responsibilities

  • Category Management
  • Support planning and execution of category strategy for fashion segments (apparel, footwear, accessories, etc.).
  • Work on brand acquisition, onboarding, and day-to-day relationship management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations, marketing, and tech) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Business & Growth
  • Monitor category performance metrics (GMV, margins, sell-through, etc.) and identify growth levers.
  • Assist in building promotions, pricing, and assortment plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Operations & Execution
  • Ensure catalog accuracy, stock availability, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Track and resolve partner/operational issues proactively.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights for assortment, pricing, and inventory planning.
  • Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership to track progress and course-correct.
