Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated .NET REST API Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building robust RESTful APIs using the .NET ecosystem. Familiarity with modern frontend or cross-platform frameworks like MAUI and Blazor is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate services.
  • Implement security and data protection best practices in APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and API performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document API designs and workflows clearly.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in .NET Core / .NET 6+ application development.
  • Proficiency in C# and REST API architecture and design.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of JWT, API security, versioning, and error handling.
  • Familiarity with source control tools like Git.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to MAUI (Multi-platform App UI) for cross-platform mobile/desktop development.
  • Experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker).
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in .NET-based application development.
