  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the academic team to understand content requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, templates, and branding across all documents.
  • Convert raw content into visually appealing and easy-to-read layouts.
  • Edit, proofread, and correct errors in design files before final printing or publishing.
  • Prepare documents for print production as well as digital formats (PDF, PPT, E-books).
  • Maintain organized file structures and follow company style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to improve templates and formatting standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
