Key Duties/Responsibilities :


• New client prospecting through cold-calling, appointments, and references.
• Promote investments in Equity products, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS.
• Cross-sell third-party distribution products to existing clients.
• Provide after-sales service, regular follow-up, and ensure client retention.
• Reactivate inactive clients through targeted engagement.
• Maintain and enhance the branch's Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Adhere to the companys code of conduct and business ethics.
• Comply with regulations related to trading, fraud prevention, and insider trading.
• Respect and follow values outlined in the Employee Manual.
• Uphold the four core professional behaviours:

Desired Profile of the Candidate:


• Knowledge of excel power point and email etiquettes.
• Mutual Fund business knowledge
• Be able to co-ordinate and work together with other team members who may be remotely based.
• Analyzing and prioritizing business-related decisions, in consultation with seniors.


• Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls, as per process, for the whole working day.
• To be able to sit comfortably for the whole day, use a laptop or desktop, as assigned.
• Read from the screen, use the keyboard, listen, talk and articulate on the phone.
