Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Supervisor, located in Jagannathprasad. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Daily tasks include supervising construction workers, coordinating with project managers and engineers, managing resources and materials, and monitoring project progress. The supervisor will also address any issues that arise on-site and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Construction Supervision and Site Management skills
• Project Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management experience
• Knowledge of Safety and Quality Standards in construction
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus
