Leak Detection and Repair:

Identifying the source of leaks in various building systems (roof, plumbing, windows, etc.) and coordinating or performing necessary repairs.

Maintenance Scheduling:

Developing and implementing weekly or monthly maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance tasks to minimize future leaks.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are proficient in leak detection and repair techniques.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all maintenance work, especially leak repairs, is completed to a high standard and meets all safety regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including costs, materials used, and time spent.

Material Management:

Overseeing the stock of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that materials are available when needed.

Emergency Response:

Being available for on-call duties to address urgent leaks or other building maintenance emergencies.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with senior management, maintenance staff, and other relevant stakeholders regarding maintenance issues and progress.

Preventative Maintenance:

Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize the risk of future leaks and other building issues.
