Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across multiple channels (Banca, Broking, Direct, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical sales positions.
