Job Description We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality static and animated visuals that align with our marketing strategies and brand identity.

This role involves creating engaging marketing videos, banners, animations, and other design assets across various platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Animation: Create visually appealing graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, including videos, social media content, web banners, and promotional materials. Concept Development: Collaborate with the Marketing team and Design team to conceptualize and execute design ideas that effectively communicate our brand message.

Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual scripts to plan animations and video content. Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting, including selecting music, adding voice-overs, and creating graphics. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. ​ Technical SkillsDesign Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Animation Tools: Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar. Video Editing: Skilled in video editing and post-production processes. Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

​Soft SkillsCreativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Collaboration: Team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
